If you don't mind un-updated older apartments, this is a nice place for you. Maintenance is not the best, the staff is too busy because they manage several properties and there literally are no amenities here at Bel Air. But for it is affordable with the rent skyrocketing in SA.

Apartments built in 40s so charming but traditionally maintenance has taken months to fix things. Maintenance has improved a lot but the jury is still out on them. They have been painting and fixing up the apts. Location is stellar. GS heaters don’t really keep the apartment warm in 40 degree weather or colder.
