Very nice apartments old need a little work but has charm

Livable for the rent

If you don't mind un-updated older apartments, this is a nice place for you. Maintenance is not the best, the staff is too busy because they manage several properties and there literally are no amenities here at Bel Air. But for it is affordable with the rent skyrocketing in SA.
