Huge safety concern

There have been several reports made, including one in writing, about exterior lights being out for months. The work order was canceled without a reason given for why. After I called the office to request an update the manager told me the part was on back order so they were unable to complete the repairs. It has been several months and this issue has still not been resolved. It is very dark and a safety concern since there is also a hole in the fence in the same area. Corporate has been contacted with no response. I like the apartments but the lack of concern for resident safety and lack of urgency to complete maintenance repairs is disappointing and concerning.

Yearly Review

While I enjoy living at Avocet there are only a few things that I find annoying. Firstly, my upstairs neighbors are constantly moving furniture in the middle of the night causing my dog to bark. Secondly, the some of the residents around my unit leave trash and used diapers on the floor in the corridor. Lastly, the amount of pet waste that is not picked up by residents has become annoying. Other than that my time at Avocet has been good, staff has always been pleasant and work orders are completed in timely manners.

Poor amanteties

Gym equipmnet is not good! Treadmills hardly work most of the time and break all the time. Eyliptical, stair machine and treadmills are all out of date and are in deperste need of an upgrade!!
