You can’t beat this location. Walkable and close to central arteries of town. Unfortunately, the investment firm that owns the property doesn’t authorize major improvements. It took 9 months for parking gates and exterior access gates to be repaired. The team that works here is nice but they have no power to get things fixed

The location is great! Centrally located and lots of walk ability. However, the property is showing it’s age and there is little done to maintain the exterior elements. They are quick to respond to apartment issues, but the gates, landscaping and security are undesirable

I love the staff here! They always remember me when I come in and drop everything to help me if I ever need anything. I even went in 2 minutes before they closed the other day and they all jumped up to help me. Anytime I put in a work order, it is fixed that day. They really do go above and beyond.
