I am a winter Texan and have spent 13 winters at Watermark. My wife and I are in our 80's and appreciate a ground floor apartment. We have one of the most scenic views in the complex from our patio looking out the whole length of the property at two ponds, a bridge, and three fountains extending to the back of the office. We have met and worked with many fine office staff and maintenance people over the years. They all have been easy to work with and attentive to our requests. The length of our residency attests to our overall satisfaction with all aspects of the experience.

I have been living here since 2 years and it is a peaceful place to live in. Staff is awesome. Maintenance is too good, they respond within a day or two and are very friendly and helpful. This is a small community and recommend people to live. There is no kids park but have two parks in walkable distance. Overall I'm very much satisfied.
