Not acceptable in a Luxury Apartments permises. 1. People use driving areas as a tracking field, that bothers drivers and is dangerous. 2. Missing Shades from Gazebos in the pool area 3. Gates are open almost all year, if not is one entrance is another and so.Dri

This is such a wonderful community. The office staff at Copper Ridge and Boulder Ridge are awesome. Maintenance has always been wonderful. Fast response and the job done right the first time. I love living here. With all of the amenities and the upkeep of the property, I can't see me moving until I need to go to assisted living. Thank you for all that you have done for me!

Office ladies aren't friendly and everyone of them will give you a different explanation for any problems that you might have. No one's ever on the same page upper management never wants to get involved. They ignore your calls when they see you calling in due to caller ID on the phone
