I'm in a 1st floor apartment and expected that there would be noise from neighbor's above. But the ceiling seems to have no buffer whatsoever. I expected muffled footsteps like in a hotel, but every footstep shook my walls and sounded like thunder. It was so bad that I could hear the wood cracking.

Been here 8 years, love the location; the amenities, like the pool areas, could be kept up better by the cleaning staff. Provide cushions for pool furniture.
