Just moved in last night and noticed a few issues which maintenance is addressing. Most could have been fixed before I moved in. The thing that is bothering me right niw are 1) Chemical Smell from the carpet. This makes rhe apartment feel stuffy and difficult to sleep in 2) Finding parking is extremely hard if you come late at night. It also takes 5 minutes just to get out of parking.

I’ve been at MAA Legacy for six months now, and this is my first time living in an apartment again in over nine years. Every time I’ve had an issue or question, the staff at all levels has gone above and beyond to help resolve things quickly and help me understand things as I learn my way around being a resident again. Specifically, Jacob has been incredibly patient with all of my questions and always timely about following through whenever I’ve reached out, whether in person or over the phone. He’s made the whole experience much easier and less stressful than I expected, and I’ve really appreciated how helpful and professional he’s been throughout my time here. Overall, I’ve had a great experience so far at MAA Legacy and would definitely recommend it to a friend.
