Its good but all the maintenance people look angry all the time and dont wanna smile or wave back, i feel like its a lot of money for a one bedroom apartment.

I've been here for 3 months and so far I have no major complaints. It's mostly quiet (minus the occasional loud car at night), maintenance stays on top of things, and the property is clean. Some residents don't pick up after their pets it seems but I don't expect management to be able to catch people doing that. The buildings feel dated and the property doesn't have the amenities that others in this price range do (Kids' park, decent gym, etc) but for the price and cleanliness of the property, and professionalism from the staff, I'm happy I chose this place. Anytime I've needed something done, management/maintenance has responded quickly. The only things I would change about this property is the non-negotiable Spectrum package, and the smart home features. Spectrum is a pretty subpar ISP that I'm frequently having issues with, I'd use anyone except for them if I could.

Great year being a resident here. The only reason I'm moving is to have another bedroom. It was a very cozy environment that I hope to find something similar to!
