we been living here from almost a year now, and due to the location, we had to renew our lease. overall, apart is nice spacious and close to many useful external amenities such as grocery stores, place of worship and medical pharmacy. however, our biggest issue is with the state of the apartment and its utilities, AC/heater unit went bad multiple times throughout the year. water leaking and pffice staff always getting changed and it seem there is new management every few months

I've lived here for years now. The pools have only been open for 2 summers. Staff and ownership kinda suck: the complex has changed hands 3 times (I believe) since I've lived here, so that tells you something. Maintenance isn't great: apartments from like, the 80s that constantly break down or flood. Oh, and apartments.com says this complex is gated, which it's not. So... who's lying?

I have been here since 2020 March and have been through 4 different management companies, I believe. Each had its pros and cons; however, it has been a beautiful journey and growth for my family and me. I would highly recommend anyone to live here. Maintenance staff is amazing, office staff is also kind. There is always room for improvement. This is HOME for me.
