I been living here for a very long time and it is very great place.

The complex is outdated and needs to be remodeled. The siding is in bad condition in my alcove. The landscaping is old and tired and could use sprucing up. The garbage pickup is inconsistent.

The community is generally good, with independent-style units. It is walkable and has plenty of trees, creating a pleasant environment, although there is limited grass area. The location on Preston Road is convenient and family-friendly, with many supermarkets and schools nearby. Maintenance, however, needs significant improvement. Several items require repeated service because many fixtures and systems are outdated and not in efficient condition. The kitchen countertops and bathroom sink tops are very old and are not granite. The air conditioning system is also not very efficient and requires frequent maintenance. The carpet are very old and not clean. Overall, the location and layout are strong positives, but upgrades and better maintenance would greatly improve the living experience.

There a several reasons i enjoy this property! First the location is everyrhing and the management staff/maintenance too -are amazing. Very professional and great engagment with tenants. While it may mot be 2025 updated w all amenities, new technology or best curb appeal it is a great place to reside.
