I received my renewal options and have various question and concerns. Went into office and young lady with glasses was very patient, pleasant and polite. She went over all my pricing options and for the area was in market. Answered all my question with detail. Help me set up service to help update my apartment. Customer service with the new property management group has been excellent.
Maintenance
Jean came over and not only fixed our ice maker, but left quite the impression for your facility. He was friendly, knowledgeable and a great guy. I would give him a five ?? star review out of 5. He mentioned that he was only here temporarily to makes me ask WHY??? He said he would love to work here full time & I think that would only bring more happy tenants.
