Management is unprofessional.

I wouldn’t recommend Orange Navy homes to anyone unless they were willing to go toe to toe with the management here when it comes to getting anything done. They won’t take you seriously unless you literally call them or drive to the office about your concern everyday until they correct it. However, they will hound you about any violation on your end. Ex: You get a pet & fail to report it the day you get it or prior to, you can expect an immediate fine & phone call. Maybe you’re short $25 on rent, regardless of the amount or if you communicate with them & let them know that you will pay the $25 & any occurring fees (because there will be a fee of rent isn’t paid IN FULL by the 3rd day of the month) they will still send you a notice to vacate. According to them, it’s their policy. Aside from staff, neighbors keep to themselves. There are a lot of children who sometimes cause trouble since they’re often just roaming the streets in large groups unsupervised, even all during the night. This isn’t a neighborhood you can leave things such as your children’s toys outside or slip up & leave your doors unlocked in but it isn’t a neighborhood that you necessarily have to constantly look over your shoulder in either. The biggest issue is the management & unreliable maintenance. You can’t count on them to address you concerns. They say they will, but unless you hound them.. they won’t. Best of luck
