Needs TLC

I've been here for 3 years now and honestly have no complaints other than as of late parking has been a issue and just the cleanliness of the place has really gone downhill. It use to be well maintained, but this past year, the parking lot always has trash in it, the pool rarely clear, usually green, and the pool house bathrooms were destroyed and look like they haven't been cleaned in years. I'de like to see it get back to the way it use to be.

Decent place to live

Mostly quiet. Maintainence at least in my experience has been for the most part on top of things. Seems like the place was a lot cleaner before hurricane Laura. Pool house and pool maintainence have kinda slipped over the past few years. Always trash on and around the dumpsters, but overall never had any problems living here.

Needs a lot of improvement

Poor maintenance team, too many things need fixed and now they are charging for some services. Maintenance requests have been on 2 month hold, but I can’t go 2 months without paying my rent. Too many issues that I’ve addressed multiple times that have not been resolved. Ready for my lease to be up.
