Good location, attentive staff. Great location if you like to walk. Near grocery store, restaurants and walking trails.

We have lived here since April 2024. We were past residents when this complex was Dolche, and loved it. Since we have moved back, the pool has been an issue. It did not open till the middle of June! Then it is closed, without notice to residents, multiple times a week! The pool should be a priority in the summer, cleaning should be done in the early morning and repairs should be done in the winter, and get on the city of NRH inspection list WAY earlier than the end of May. The office staff is rude and they do NOT answer the phone. I have literally tested this, calling tons and tons of times, then walking in directly after , and they are sitting at their desks, not with another resident; or on the phone! The only way to get help is to walk over to the office, why do they not routinely answer the phone? The doors have been zip tied since we moved in, it is not secure, and there is no need for fobs! Our AC went out one evening and we called the after hours number, they said they would be here within the hour, 2 hours later, I called again... He tells me he is waiting for an Uber, is not on the property? So we have an emergency maintenance man, not on site, without transportation. Needless to say, we gave up for the night ,as it was after 10PM! That is not acceptable that the emergency maintenance contact is not on site and does not have transportation to get here! We have had a maintenance request in since we moved in for two broken blinds, dishwasher control panel out, broiler pans on stove not the correct size (burners do not sit level). It is now June 20, and it is still not done! The grounds here need major work on the landscaping, they did just recently top coat the mulch, only in the front, I believe because they were taking pictures for the website. With 3 other properties within walking distance of Encore, I would think they more pride in this property and service to the residents.

We have enjoyed living at Encore at Hometown. It's close to shopping and major highways and is set in a very nice community with a park and walking trails. The pool and dog park at Encore are also very nice.

Lived here a few months now, location is great, Maintenace and staff are very quick and capable. Overall, great apartment complex and great location.

We love the access to the walking trails by the lake, proximity to grocery and restaurants. Especially like What's on Tap and Mama's Pizza!
