What others love about this property:
Needs some work
This used to be a really nice property. The water is cut off for hours on end every week. Sometimes, multiple times a week. They always have last minute plumbing issues and you get a few minutes heads up, via email. People are loud and always fighting, especially at night. The ground work is not kept up with. I have to repark my car multiple times because I can't see the parking lines. This is definitely not the worst place I've lived, but not the best either. It just seems to be on the decline. The sad thing is, this place has a lot of potential.
All great except for LOUD neighbors
The lady in 84 needs to keep it down and needs to treat her kids right. The dogs barking and howling at night need to stop. The neighbors I share entry area with need to stop slamming their doors. I’m beyond done with it.
Run of the mill community
Ive lived here 3 years now, and I have a lot that I like and a lot that I don't. I preferred the old staff, they had a lot more parties for the community, sent regular emails with the goings on. The water seems like it is ALWAYS getting shut off for repairs. But if you have an issue, they are typically out the same day and get it fixed ASAP. The layout of both duplexes I've lived in is great. You're 20-30 minutes from everything, not that you really need to leave the area. The residents themselves are quiet, but the actual community is next to a very busy street, so constantly hearing honking, car crashes, and Christmas time is THE WORST. There's large houses down the road that do Christmas lights tour, and cars are constantly blocking the driveways. The front of the community has barely enough parking for its residents. The dog park was a nice idea but it's pretty sad, some of the equipment is all ready broken, and no owners pick up after their dogs. They have a dog washing station, which is awesome. When my lease is up, I'll be moving purely to live closer to my new job.
???
Stephanie never returns phone calls... heaven is awesome... policy changes are very disruptive and not well communicated... the inspections are expected to be done while kids are on break at home and can't be done then im fined since they can't come in since a minor is home without adult supervision.. then she won't call and talk to us... just expected ro pay the fine
