Very comfortable & quiet area. Staff has been very nice and friendly Maintenance is the best had a few work orders when i first moved in & they were taken care right away. I would definitely recommend Riata Park

I have been in this complex for almost a month now. The staff in the office are great, with a good attitude and friendly. I worked with Lilly, and she is an Angel. I had a very short time between moving out of my past address to this address. She worked hard to make sure everything needed was ready. I loved her effective communication and proactive actions. I love my apartment, very spacious. I love how the lawn, pathways, and parking lot are maintained. So far, my experience is great, no complaints.
