You can't ever get a hold of staff, the neighborhood is trashed, we never received a renewal notice in the mail or in the portal. The neighborhood is way overpriced for what you're getting.

Our neighbors are really loud all night every night and we've called the police as well as the landlord nobody did anything about it, the management company promised us drainage ditches so that the road wouldn't flood everytime it rains we still haven't heard about them or seen them in the works. Can't ever get a hold of the management company from their main phone listed even after leaving voicemail. There are so many rules and stipulations about the property and to break them is to get your car towed or thrown out but when the neighbors park in the middle of the road, or leave beer cans all over the street and their yard, or throw trash in your yard, don't mow their grass, or toss junk in empty lots like mattresses and toilet seats nothing gets done about it. We pay almost $1800 a month to live here it's not worth it.
