I have lived at cotton crossing apartments for 7 years. The complex is quiet inside and out. We can hear trains and sirens but no other traffic noise. The residents are very nice and friendly but do not get into others business. Most residents have pets so you get to know many residents while walking. One outstanding feature of these apartments is that each has two doors! This provides great safety regarding fires. It also provides some privacy when there are 2 residents in an apartment. At this time, we have great maintenance. Problems are resolved quickly and with courtesy. Of course, this changes with employees coming and going. Rent increases are too high every year! And it seems that you cannot negotiate. To summarize, I would highly recommend cotton crossing apartments to those that can afford the rent and it's increases. Like I mentioned, the complex is quiet, there are very few children that live here. There is not much organized social activity or partying that goes on. So,if that suits you or your family, check out Cotton Crossing apartments in New Braunfels, texas.

I have lived here going on 2 months. Everything about this place is awesome. Maintenance is great; things are fixed promptly. Residents are super friendly but not in your business. I'm super glad I chose Cotton Crossing as my home.
