We’re looking for dependable tenants who have good credit (mid 600s or above) with at least two years of employment history at the same place or at least within the same industry, no evictions/late rent payment history, and verified income of 3x the monthly rent. All adults 18 years and older who will reside in the unit need to complete an application, which will include a credit check, background check, and rental history. Applications are $55/per person. First month’s rent and $500 deposit due at time of move-in. We require that tenants set up automatic monthly payments to avoid missed payments and late charges.
