At RPM, we feel your pets are members of our extended family, so we strive to make them feel right at home. Farmhouse 121 welcomes cats and dogs, must complete a pet interview. For each pet, with a maximum of two - there is a non-refundable pet fee of $400 per pet and pet rent of $25 per month. Limited to 2 pets per apartment home with an 80 pound limit per pet. Aggressive dogs will not be permitted. The following is a list of breeds deemed aggressive. If your animal is a mix, documentation is required stating the animal is not over 30% of the following restricted breeds. Additional breeds may be added if deemed necessary. Additionally, pet interviews/photos may be required at any time. OWNERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR PETS AT ALL TIMES.
