Fine Layout with Medium Quality
This property has great potential, but the management and resident quality is seriously lacking. Issues like neighbors leaving piles of trash out all day, hanging pointed political flags from the balcony, loud arguing and excessive noise at all hours of the day and night are generally ignored and not taken seriously by the property management staff. Communication with management is inconsistent. Safety is also a concern, with strange activity around the building going unaddressed. If management were more proactive, this could be a much better place to live, but I won't be renewing my lease. The poor quality of residents and lack of care bring down the value.

I had the best experience here from start to finish! Trevor was so patient and helpful and helped me find the perfect unit for my kids and i. The manager-pat is amazing too! Top notch amenities and customer service. Cant beat the location and the floor plan is perfect!
