Just moved in

The property is wonderful aside from the noise of the upstairs neighbors. I don't fault the neighbors as people have to walk around their homes, however, I should not be able to hear anytime and every time they do something upstairs. I believe this is a poor insulation/construction issue. I can hear when they walk, sweep, vacuum, pull out a chair, start a bath/shower water, flush the toilet, when the kids play (which is alot) and when it is dinner time. I hear so much of their everyday lives I feel like I should be a member of the family. Aside from this issue(which is a problem), the property is great.
