Good job to the office staff and maintenance staff of keeping up the property daily. Have been here approximately 10 years and still enjoy living on the property and feeling safe.

Excellence at The Reserve of Stonebridge Ranch, McKinney, TX

Overall rating is very good. The staff (Jessica, Morgan, and Janette) have been very helpful, courteous, and professional. The maintenance crew has been efficient. And the apartment amenities are top notch (i.e. - clubhouse appearance, drinks (water, coffee, hot chocolate), billard table, fitness center, swimming pool, and the cleanliness of the apartment grounds. The newly installed lights are bright, and was very much needed when walking to and from mailbox. The only questionable category is the rent values....... it would very much appreciated to keep the cost increases between 1-2%, and not 3+%. That said, the apartments are great.
