Ive lived here since February 2021. Unit is excellently insulated for sound. Neighborhood is family oriented and has a fantastic walk score due to proximity to historic downtown Mckinney and best farmers market in Texas every saturday. Always lots of things to do downtown. Management is very responsible and reaponsive to any maintenance issues. Love it, 5 stars.

I've lived in this 3 story townhome for about 3 years. It's got a great walk score, the owner takes great care of the place and is a pleasure to rent from. The apartment is nice, it would be great if it had more closet space but it's spacious, modern, and efficient. Overall I've enjoyed living here. I've never heard my neighbors and my neighbors have never complained and I've asked them if they've ever heard us and they have not. The only issue with a 3 story townhome is the temperature differences between the 1st floor and the 3rd floor in the winter and summer but by adjusting vents and controlling the thermostat we've made the best of it. The flights of stairs are good exercise and overall I rate my experience here 5 stars *****.
