Review title

For the most part, a good apartment option. Improvements needed to better flooring on upper floors to reduce noise. Also, better attention needed to pet waste pickup and walkways to prevent stepping in it.

NEW MANAGMENT & NEW ATTITUDE

I have been here for about 6 months, and within a few months, new management came onboard. The change has been refreshing. The staff cares about my experience, and maintenance is quick to respond. New management isn't always negative.

Our time at The Sydney

The facilities are OK. We were a little disappointed in the upstairs noises and several instances of dog waste in grassy areas. But the staff is nice and pleasant.
