Restricted breeds include the following: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Wolf Hybrid, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Beauceron, Belgian Malinois, and St. Bernard and all "mixes" of the above breeds. Snakes, spiders, ferrets, and iguanas are also NOT permitted.  Pet Limit: 2   Pet Fee: $400 one pet; $800 two pets   Pet Rent: $20/mo one pet; $40/mo two pets   Max Weight: No limit

Good

My experience has been good. Recently they updated the lighting and that was a great thing for the apartments to do. Parking is great and I don't have to put my visitors into a system and worry ab out their cars being towed. this is a fantastic thing.

Love it here!

This is a great property! The office staff is accommodating and they work with you whenever you have a problem. I always call in there and make them laugh. Life has been lifing lately and I am just glad to call this property home.

Complex needs an update...painting work out rooms. Pools

It could be a lot better....for what I pay in rent..the dumpster areas need to be power washed...complex needs painting to compete with the new apartments....work out area needs updating as well as the pool and cooking grill

Dirty property, many many maintenance requests

This property is poorly managed. The dumpsters are always overflowing. The breezeways are all very stained and need pressure washed, it’s discusting and im embarrassed to have people over. Had a moldy water leak from apartment above me 4 times now and called in a timely manner every time it needs attention. The gates never work and i was never given a fob after asking for 8 months. Pool has been closed most all summer. I will not renew.
