Okay place to live

It’s an okay place to live, most of the stuff here is either out of order or never worked since I moved here. My shower takes 20 minutes to get hot and will stay hot for only 5 minutes untill it turns ice cold. Laundry mat dryer was out last time I went to use it, no signs were posted. There are two pools only one works. The ac in my apartment was not working properly, it took 2 weeks before someone would come and take a look. I had to goto sleep with it being 90° in the apartment one night. (I have picture) The last maintenance team was amazing to work with the new team is not as friendly. I saw a suspicious person looking into cars windows and told one of the maintenance person and they said that it was not their problem and that they couldn’t do anything about it. Parking lot is okay but can really be improved. One of the maintenance workers almost hit my car with how fast they were flying through a turn, I had to slam on the brakes as they went into a parking spot to avoid hitting my car. And the rent just keeps going up and up every time i need to renew the lease. One of the reasons i picked this complex was price and location but I can prolly find a better price now with rent constantly going up.

No Vacancy Staff

I am excited to start living here. Great location. Beautiful pine trees surround the property. One of the only decently priced places with washer and dryer hookups. However there is no one in the offices. Whether its ignorance or flaky staff; you will have a hard time contacting anyone.

Review

I have lived here for going on 8 years, the only thing that has declined is the maintenance staff. Maintenance requests would always be answered/addressed the day I sent in a slip for several years that I lived here. The past couple years the maintenance usually ignores every online request until I contact the manager after a week or so. When they do manage to find the time to stop by, they don't fix the problem and just put completed on the work order.

Threating Emails Unhelpful

We've lived at this property for several years, preceding the ownership by Lincoln Property Company and now Willbridge Property Company. We have never missed a payment and still receive emails accusing us of not paying with language threatening eviction. When I respond to the email asking for clarification, I never get a response from the staff. The only time staff will reach out is if they are threatening eviction or if I submit a poor review of the property. On top of that, every year, we ask for help with HVAC because the property is so poorly insulated the HVAC unit cannot keep up. They have tried replacing both the outside and inside unit, as well as increasing the size of the outdoor unit, and it still gets up to 89° indoors during the summer despite the AC running 24/7.
