I was the first person to move on the property 6yrs.ago and I couldn't have made a better choice. The Manger does a great job in keeping the property well kept and accommodating to any issues that has come up on My behalf. There's is one issue that's annoying is the parking, there should be adjustment considered to parking, maybe assignment to at least One per resident by office. This is a constant issue especially if You are disabled... otherwise, great place to call home.

The noise has gotten much better. The smell of weed is still pretty strong - walking uo the stairs you can smell ot almost all of the time or if uou open the closets you can smell the strong ordor of smoking weed in their apartments. As a singlewoman knowing that their are people wjo are still on probation for burglary is a lot troubling.the maintenance team does a great job - and is always on time and efficient in their work. It wouid be more convenient if the office stayed open until 530 for those of us who work until 5. There is never time to gwt into the office - unless uou take iff work.

Some says its loud just depending on wjat say it is and the neighbors - i dont care for the lose neighbores dogs that try to enter my aprartment when i ecit or enter or all the dog poop that doesnt get picked up. Lots of trash . The facility itself isnt a bad location , its close to town , its just needs a little tlc from management .
