Great place, but i think staff is overworked

I like the place. And the staff is extremely helpful. Great customer seevice. But issues i had since my move-in 10 days ago have not been addressed yet. But would love to live in the community in the long-term. Please ask me about my experience a couple of months down the road.

VVR Review

Staff turn over is super high, for front office and maintenance. Calling the office to get information is a joke. When i need something its like a act of congress to get it done, but let me be late on rent or have a small balance im getting calls every 3 secs!! Funny how that works huh? Recently had renovations done and my cabinets were not installed properly on some so now they have come apart. I have left several maintenance requests in the past month for this to be fixed, no one has been by yet.
