This is the perfect spot for us. Not only do the homes feel very homey and comfortable but the neighborhood is quiet, people are friendly, and we feel safe

Nice location, however grounds are not kept, the pool lights do not work, the gym equipment is is disrepair, and no working street lights in the community

I have lived here for 3 years. I love my place and the neighbors. Whenever I need something fixed, it may take a week for someone to respond, but it gets done.

Love living here and having a full house with the amenities of an apartment. Increase of $315 per month in rent was far too much when we renewed our lease however and I believe we’re paying way too much for location.

My husband and I have been living here since October 2022 and we absolutely love it! The homes are so beautiful and well-kept, and our two dogs love having their own yard. Everyone that we've met in the community has been so nice and welcoming, and the amenities have been great so far. We are regulars at the gym and love the paths around the community to take our dogs on walks. Overall, fantastic place to live!
