The price for amenities is a joke. Parking is a nightmare. Good luck if you need to have a guest staying more than 2 days. I have to go in person. to office. Staff does not answer emails or return phone calls. Communication is nonexistent about things that effect m residents. Send out emails to m claiming you are late on payment when it only applies to some people. Took too long to fix access to mailboxes when lock broke. Were unable to access on several weekends.

It is a good value for the price. Amenities have been added that are not required which has increases the total rent.

I submitted a request to change the stove burners because it wasn't working properly. Once the burner gets hot ?? and seems to turn off. The maintenance guy Ray came in today to record what the burners do while cooking and he also saw the burners turned off. Apparently, he didn't provide this part of the video to the so call manager. I didn't get my burners replaced. I am paying my rent so I should expect services.
