My home.

I was able to do most of the paperwork, application, etc... online. The convenience was exactly what I needed as busy mom. The staff has always been approachable and kind. I have lived here for over 2 years and will continue calling Brighton Place my family's home as I recently renewed my lease to give me a 3rd year here.

Great for the Value

I have lived here for 7 months so far. The complex is fairly close to many restaurants and shopping centers. Location is nice. So far I feel safe here. It has been quiet here so far. The complex is clean and the apartments are nice. I like my two bedroom two bath for the price. Maintenance is fast. Sometimes the office is less than helpful. I have not had any issues with bugs. They do regular inspections for bugs. Overall, I would recommend living here. I wish they had a real dog park and not just the ditch on the side of the complex. It is nice that it is a smaller complex.

Nice Place

I am living here temporarily-between houses. I haven't lived in an apartment in 26 years and I have a large dog. This place allows large dogs and has nice places to walk them. The grounds are very nice and kept clean. The people I have met here have been nice. I needed some small maintenance on 2 occasions and was taken care of immediately. My only complaint is that there are kids here and I have had nice interactions with them but there is no play equipment of any kind and so they jump on a/c units and throw rocks at the bird nests, etc. Kids need something to do! But, they are mostly good kids and I like talking to them when I take my dog for walks. Overall, this is a nice place and priced fairly for the market. I'm glad I chose this place.
