Great value for what you get. The rent seems fair, the staff is super friendly and very responsive. The appliances are a bit old, but staff responds quickly to maintenance requests.

Very helpful and problem solving!

Thank you Maribel and Tiffany for helping with the questions I have and fast results. I was first confused about my 60 day meant pay period (also the rescheduling of the food truck "Great crepes" said mi father) and I was able to get both done to satisfaction with the updates by Maribel. Then Currently, I was having issues with the fridge's ice maker and Tiffany helped with that process in the next day of my ticket! So Thanks to the maintenance as well! Thanks

Best management team

I have been living at the Strand for 3 years. The management team of Mgr. Tiffany and Asst Mgr. Maribel are by far the best management team I have dealt with in 3 years. They act on requests and delegate work that needs to be done in a timely manner. They are personable, friendly and go out of their way to help a tenant. The maintenance crew are attentive. It's a delight working with the office.
