I've lived here for a little over two years and have had a great experience. I have had no issues since I've been here, staff is great, and maintenance is great

I have made a number of complaints regarding the neighbor above me for 2.5 months now and have been told they are resolving it and have given an ETA of resolution that continually changes and requests keep being added. How many other ways can I provide proof besides complaints and videos. Outside of them coming into my apartment at 3:30 in the morning to see how crazy the neighbors kids are, I don't know what to do. They have determined that the husband/boyfriend was not on the lease and that there are too many people to be in the property legally but say they need more evidence from me so they can evict. Sounds like they have the information they need without my complaints if there are too many people residing in the property. Management says they are worried about legal action from the above tenants, and at this point I will be taking legal action because kids jumping up and down, screaming and running through the apt at 3:30-7 am every morning is out of control. If you move here, good luck! It is a beautiful property, but I wouldn't recommend it based on the management and for more than the reason listed above... initial deposit was incorrect, they applied the deposit to the wrong apt and expected me to have it come out of my pocket to fix my account then have the other phase refund me on how it was applied. They provided the wrong mail box number so I went through the process of getting a replacement key to find wrong box #. A lot of things that are just oversights, but I imagine this is because of the turnover in the office. If you want a smooth experience, this is not the place.

We have loved living @Vi LasColinas! Our setting on Lake Caroline hS let us enjoy a quiet view every morning when we open the front door. All the staff has been quickly responsive to any issues we encounter. We would recommend Via Las Colinas to anyone looking for a rental home

I've lived here for almost two years. I have had a positive experience from the day I moved in. The staff is very friendly and helpful, maintenance is quick when needed, and the area is absolutely amazing. These apartments are stationed pretty centrally in regards to the DFW area. I would recommend living here

Location is perfet, staff is friendly and aminities are realky good. Parking in some areas can be a challenge as there is no assigned parking near the building

Starting from the beginning. I knew that I would really like it here. From driving in to the parking lot and see our texas and united states flag and to see a beautiful lake. From the friendliness to how helpful the staff has been to me. From the beautiful apartment and all the amenities. How else can you not love it here?
