It's cool but the apartments are expensive
14 Years here and another lease on the way
I moved into one of the smallest one bedroom units in August 2010 (yes 14 years ago). It seems simple, but the thing that brought me here was a sign stating Attached Garages. After years if living in apartment complexes that barely offered a covered parking area, having my own garage was a God send. In 2018, I decided my apartment was too small for me. I signed a new lease in the largest one bedroom floor plan. I will be signing a 15 month lease within the next lease. That will put me here for over 15 years. Though I have had issues with the property in the past (remember when COVID hit and the following ICE Age), but with Elizabeth and her staff on hand, they satisfied all my needs and requests, making my apartment a wonderful living experience. The needed repairs were made quickly and efficiently. Being handicapped, the maintenance crew installed grab bars in the shower for my convenience and safety. I especially want to recognize Paige of the office staff. If I have parcels and she is working, she comes to open the door for me. She helps me get my packages from the lockers and VOLUNTARILY carries them to my car. She always greets the tenants with a huge smile and addresses them by their name. She needs to teach other customer service personnel how to do what she does - treat your customer with respect rather than just have them think you are only doing the job for their pay.
Cozy community
I have lived in this community for awhile and it been comfortable without any issues. I like the multiple pools available and gym. It is gated and feels a little safer.
5 sas for the most part
I live the staff and the apartment. My only issue is with things being fixed.
NICE COMMUNITY
ITS HARD TO MOVE IN BECAUSE YOUR CREDIT NEED TO BE GOOD, IF NOT YOU CAN STILL MOVE HERE YOU JUST HAVE TO PUT DOWN A LARGER DEPOSIT. THE OFFICE STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND KIND. THE MAINTENANCE TEAM IS GOOD AND DO AN AMAZING JOB. I LIVE HERE CLOSE TO 2 YEARS. ITS VERY QUIET, YOU NEVER SEE YOUR NEIGHBOURS, BECAUSE THEY ARE QUIET AND THET STAY TO THEMSELVES. OVERALL ALL ITS SAFE LIVING HERE.
