New resident
I have recently moved into an apartment at the Winsted and have been so happy with the stsff and the apartment as a whole! The garage is by far the best part for me! I feel safe here and absolutely love the apartment. So glad I made a decision to move here!

The staff in the title above are just awesome. They helped us get settled into our new place and have checked back so many times to make sure our transition was smooth. We moved from our property near Houston to be close to a new grandbaby coming in December. To expensive what is offered
The complex is old and in need of renovation. Water, air conditioning, and electrical issues are common. Management is very slow to repair anything that is not minor or an emergency. Communication is very poor, the office is difficult to reach, and the office is locked way too often during regular business hours.
Great Value for the price
this is an excellent community in terms of how much you pay and what you get in return. I've been here for the last three years and the maintenance has been prompt. Parking can be an issue if you have friends visiting but that's pretty much the case in most communities I've been to. Locations nice and there are lot of families living here so kids can find company. One thing I would point out is the lack of a common area where friends can gather in the evening or night. Lot of communities have this.
I love living at the Winsted
I love the location, its 5 minutes near the highway, Office staff is very friendly and ready to help. Maintance staff, same day service . Neighbors keep to themselves. Location near all the grocery store, food location is near, lots of walking, trails, bicycle and near a track field.
