I picked this property for a specific reason...and had no intention of staying past one year. Hopefully I won't have to live here past my current lease. The property is overpriced, the rules (that they don't enforce yet hold over your head) are incredibly restrictive and ridiculous (e.g. nothing on your patio) and there is only one entrance to the property because two other entrances are permanently chain locked.
