Beautiful Place to Live.

I have lived here for almost 2 years. I like the maintenance team of this apartment which is very hard working. I would recommend this for future residents to come and experience this apartment.

Great staff and community

The staff are great, the maintenance are the best of any places I have ever lived. My only real complaint is they raise the rent quite a lot every year (10 percent or more) so the prospect of living there for ten years or more means I'd be paying double rent by the end. I want to stay, but if they keep raising the rent so much I won't be able to afford it.

Could be better

The place would do better with better maintenance and if the office answers the phone. Also what's with paying $5 for parking after 5 visit? Isn't that exploitation? There's plenty of parking so towing nonsense isn't necessary. You can leave the visitors parking sign and we'll tell our visitors to park there. Residents stickers is still a good idea.
