A Good Option

The layouts are perfect. The one bedrooms are perfect for a single person or couple, and the two bedrooms are perfect for roommates to share. The office staff is usually nice, but there is a high turnover. Maintenance has been here for ages and works hard to stay on top of repairs. The price continues to go up, but that’s happening with everything. Washer/dryer in the units, which is great. The grounds are nicely kept. They are currently undergoing interior and exterior rennovations, so it’s currently a bit of a mess, but the finished result is beautiful. There are no longer gates on the first floor, so security cameras are a must, and a good idea on the second floor too. Parking is limited, but they provide reserved spots, a system for visitors, and towing to keep it managed. The pool is nice. Great location. Overall, a descent place to live.
