They will show you a beautiful updated apartment. No worries, thats not the one you will be renting. A/C is not working effectively, when you report this issue, you’re told: 76 is as low as it gets in the summer. This is a old building. Whomever they are hiring to do work at the other units; they will use YOUR electricity. ( in my case they tried) They used the patio outlet to plug in whatever they are using to paint another unit. Of course I unplugged the plug and made them aware, that thats stealing. Customer Service is none existent, once you move in. Oh, don’t forget to update you parking sticker! My neighbors car was towed, they moved in in 2022, not aware in 2023 they were supposed to get a new sticker. They did not get reimbursed btw. Theres dog poop everywhere. I am 100% sure they don’ t care about that issue. However, they will charge YOU a $25 fee, if you put your trash bag outside and don’t take it to the dumpster immediately even though theres a storm and rain. Do your research!

Definiteoy not a bad place to call home. The biggest thing I would change is replacing the wood on the walkways and pool deck.

Excellent complex. Maintenance and staff are amazing. Only downside is it’s pretty noisy sometimes.

It isn't anything fancy, but it has everything I need. Plus it's incredibly close to campus. The staff and maintenance are also very nice and reliable.
