Fantastic Here At MAA Fall Creek

I arrived here in the beginning of September. The experience has been enjoyable. The maintenance crew is excellent, and the women in the office are always prepared to lend a hand. Beautiful landscaping is carefully maintained. My apartment's sole problem is that the previous occupants must have been smokers because there is occasionally an odd smell coming from the unit and the vents are filthy. Other than that, there isn't a problem with the apartment because I will be having those cleaned shortly.

I live on the 8440 side of the residence.

Since I have been here, I could not be happier. What makes me happy is my needs are attended to right away. If a light bulb needs to be changed, it's "right away". The lawn is always beautifully manicured. The trees and hedges are always taken care of. The grass is always cut. Nothing is overgrown. I love the quiet. No one is knocking on my door. Kids are playing in their area. Everyone comes and goes as they please. I feel very free and blessed to live here.
