Pleased ?? and Annoyed ??

I have a downstairs neighbor who has ignored management and supervisor instructions. She told me the day I moved in on February 20th. I introduced myself to her. I totally forgot her name but her reply was… Me and my 16 year old son listens to music very loud all day and all night. My son sings loud in the shower and he listens to music loud all day and all night. I asked her a question in a very polite question in a soft voice with a smile, “Do you think he can turn the music down a little bit?” Her reply was, “No, Absolutely Not” and shut her door. She never lied. The next morning I was carrying a box of books in and I was so tired they slipped out my hand and fall on the floor. That was about 7:30 in the morning. That night she did just what she would do. Every day and night as she stated. I sent severs emails to management. They addressed the issue very professionally. I’m in process of being moved to another Unit. I truly appreciate management but the woman in 1301 continues what you told me she do. Houston Police was called several times with no results. She have a device that places a very heavy base. Vibration damages the structure of this building and it can also damage my muscles and cells in my body if I stay in it for a very long time. I can’t move, sneeze, cough, phone can’t ring, can’t turn my television up so I can hear it. It’s totally disrespectful. Other than that. I truly love my living quarters, it is so beautiful.

Experience

I have lived here at this apartments for over 10 yrs. The first thing I like is about this apartments is the staff in the office is very nice. I have never had a problem with anyone since I lived here. One other thing I like is the flex plan I’m on where u pay your rent half on the 1st & half on the 15th. I like it because it’s very quiet also.

Great location, professional and friendly staff

I have been living at Woodcreek Apartments for one and a half years now. The apartments are spacious and open. I enjoy living at this location. The staff are always very receptive and respond quickly to our needs

Pool and appliances

Swimming pool needs to be open 24/7 in the summer. Us as residents should not have to be penalized because other non residents come to our pool. Put a resident lock or code on it. Also there are too many unsupervised kids at the pool. Appliances need to be updated.
