My years of staying here has been ok, parking and the noise has increase over my time of living at these apartments. Vehicles with expired tag or no tag at all are taking up parking that paying tenants could be using. i witness a tenant that has a ( white van) parked close to office rip orange tow sticker ignoring the rule that are set in place by the apartment office because he know the van want be tow. Having security back would be a big help. Just a concern tenant.

Disappointed

Parking is available but just a way to nickle and dime. I’ve asked several questions to management that are just….. never followed up on. Nice to feel residents are not important- but those fancy print out news letters…. Neighbors are extremely noisy and apartments are not well insulated to protect. Not property managements fault- that’s age of the building and to be expected. We have already decided we will not renew at the end of the year unless circumstances dictate we absolutely must.
