It’s a wonderful community, and I’ve genuinely enjoyed living here. The location is very convenient, with easy access to I-10, which makes getting around most days simple. The grounds are typically clean and well maintained, which I appreciate. That said, my immediate neighbors can be quite noisy at times. There’s frequent stomping on the stairs and floors early in the morning—understandable since they have small children, but it can be disruptive, especially since the stairs are adjacent to my bedroom wall. I’ve also noticed more children in the community compared to when I first moved in, which has made the overall environment a bit louder. Overall, it’s still a nice place to live. I would rate it a 10 out of 10 if it were an adult-only community.
