Move in experience

The application process is lengthy and tedious but now that I have passed that stage, i feel so much better. The property has great amenities and is located in a nice side of Houston

Value and cost doesn’t add up

Its been ok living here just prices are keep going up and nothing new is being added to the apartments or complex. Neighbors have gotten very noisy over the few years ive been living here. Plus the garbage chute is ALWAYS FULL!!

Staff/Maintanance are useless

Gates are always broken, elevators never get fixed, the staff dont ever respond/communicate back about issues, maintanance do not communicate/leave any documentation of work orders being “complete,” they try to nickel and dime people moving out. This place could be much better if the staff could actually do their job and “manage” the property as it should be managed.
