I’ve really enjoyed living at Timbergrove, and I’ll be renewing my lease this month. Before I do, I wanted to share a few concerns that would make the community even better: - Fitness Center – The room is spacious, but several key pieces of equipment are dated or missing. Upgrading them would make it a true alternative to a commercial gym. - Landscaping – Many areas—especially around the irrigation system—look unfinished, with exposed pipes, mud, loose rocks, and pet waste. Fresh ground cover or stone would dramatically improve curb appeal. - Access Tools – Residents juggle a key fob plus two separate apps (one for the vehicle gate, another for building doors). Most nearby complexes use one end-to-end access-control system. Consolidating to a single platform would be more convenient and secure. -- Building 2 Upkeep - Hallway light: My ticket to replace the bulb outside our unit hasn’t been resolved. Could you provide an updated ETA? - Entrance cleanliness: Until today (July 11, 2025) the entrance hallway to Building 2 had gone over a year without a deep clean. Thanks for getting it addressed—regular cleanings would keep it that way. In conclusion I want to stress that Julia and the rest of the team have been fantastic: responsive, proactive, and always planning fun community events. The onsite overnight security is another big plus.

Tons of issues at this complex. Lived here for 15 months and was counting down the days of when my lease would end. - Walls were paper thin, you could hear your next door neighbors conversations, what they were playing on their TV, and dogs barking and running from your upstairs neighbors - Constantly noisy, neighbors would have parties in the courtyard until late in the night - Packages would get left out in the mailroom, or shoved into one package locker with other packages so you would have to waste time to dig through other packages to find your package, OR if you were lucky enough to get a locker and left in for more than two days, you would get FINED - Would constantly have issues with the mobile apps that you need to get INTO THE COMPLEX… you need one mobile app to get into the gate (which sometimes wouldn’t work so you wouldn’t be able to get inside unless somebody was leaving which was super annoying when it was night time and nobody was leaving) AND you need ANOTHER mobile app just to get into your building (which was also annoying especially when you have your hands full and the app constantly had problems) - My fridge made loud humming noises constantly - A/C stopped working for over 24 hours on more than one occasion - Not enough visitor spots but also visitors who park in VISITOR spots MUST “register” or they will tow.. what even is the point of that?? - Towed my car with no notice even though it was registered - Lots of residents would keep their dogs unleashed - Stairways were constantly smelling like dog urine and hallways in the second building always smelled like something was decaying - When you move out, management will charge you ridiculous fees just to get more money out of you. And if you respectfully dispute, they say “we do not have access to resident charges after they move out” and make you call a different number ?? GIRL WHATTTTTT .. YOU’RE THE ONE WHO CHARGED US ???? We did call the stupid number and they sent us “proof” …. of NOTHING!

Poor management, changes are not improvements.

Hmm... it's a pretty good stay. Don't leave anything in your cars.

The application process is lengthy and tedious but now that I have passed that stage, i feel so much better. The property has great amenities and is located in a nice side of Houston
