The apartments themselves are quite nice, and the rent is a reasonable price for what you get. The reason I am ranking the apartments with 2 stars is primarily due to how they handled my move out. They issued the final move out statement a little over a week after my move out date. This was surprisingly quick to me, but I did notice some odd charges on the statement such as valet trash and pest control, which I am used to paying at the beginning of each month, in which case these should not be charged at the end. I called the apartment to clarify, and the person on the phone showed me where there were some months where we weren't charged these fees, so this was the catch-up. The individual stated that these are indeed the final charges. So I was told in writing and verbally over the phone that the charges in the statement were final. We received our check with the balance of the deposit minus these final charges a couple weeks or so later. Fast forward to 6.5 weeks after receiving the final move out statement. The apartment claimed that we had an unpaid balance of $184.24. I called the apartment, and they claimed that there were unpaid utilities which were charged late, and that is why we had an additional balance. I disputed this, pointing out that we resolved all charges from our FINAL (but apparently not final) move out statement, but the apartment persisted and basically blamed the utility company for being late. Is this not something that they deal with on a regular basis? Why would they issue the final move out statement, and confirm final charges verbally when I gave them the chance to review once more, without actually confirming that months of utility charges still hadn't come in? If a shop owner lists an item at a particular price, I pay that price, the shop owner gives me a receipt, I leave the store, and then the shop owner stops me and claims that he under-charged me, who do you think is responsible for that cost difference?

Just moved here , but i already felt in love with this place . Very professional and Friendly Staff . Nice and Quiet . Most of all . I feels lot safer than my previous rentals .
