ALOT HAS CHANGED SINCE I FIRST MOVED IN, DOGS ARE BACK POOP AND TRASH IS ALL OVER THE GROUND. YET THEY WILL TOW CARS WHEN THERE IS NO PARKING FOR YOUR VISITORS.
