Just one month, but it is obvious. A good location is next to the park. But the building is old, and the soundproofing is not good. Walking distance to the Medical Center is one benefit.

For the first year living here it has been pretty well. Upkeep is great, the environment in and around the apartment has been peaceful. Not to mention the helpful staff. However, within the ending of 2024 I have encountered a few issues after issue in terms of some upstairs neighbor noise. As well as some slight electrical or physical interior damages. All things considered, the staff has continued to do their best to remedy these issues as they've come up almoat frequently and I still recommend this location if you love touring Herman Park and a couple of museums!

This is a great place to live that is close to most places. I don't have to drive everywhere; I can walk or take Metro. The staff, Leslie and Aaliyah are awesome; they are there for you if you need them. The maintenance team responds quickly to your requests. Overall it is a great experience living bere.

Plaza at Museum District overall is a great place! Leasing office staff is AMAZING, especially Leslie! Also, the maintenance is top tier - shout out to Mike in maintenance! The property exterior grounds are always clean and no dog poo or trash ever seen. The only issue I have is the interior of the apt is dated and has not been truly upgraded and my apt was not as clean as I wanted it when I moved it. It was clean, but not super clean like I would have wanted it. But for the superior service here, cleanliness of the exterior of the apt, and the size of the apt unit...I was ok with some minor issues.

Leasing staff, Leslie and Aleah are phenomenal; they are very attentive to communicating well with getting needs for your apartment accomplished. If your apartment requires maintenance, maintenance is there to fix the issues in a timely fashion.
