They make eveything hard for you to live in. The ladies at the front desk know the community they serve and they dont try to help.

El lugar esta bien yo tengo mas de 10 Años viviendo en esta propiedad solo falta mas control en que la gente no tire la basura fuera de los contenedores, y si tenemos un security pues que realmente venga a vigilar y no a perder el tiempo no recorre la propiedad y si ve gente afuera de sus departamentos ya tarde con musica no les dice nada y lo mismo sucede en el estaciinamiento estan tomando y con musica despues de la medianoche y el no hace nada

I like living at The One at 5959 on Bonhomme Rd. however, leasing costs have skyrocketed. When I first came here, about10 years ago the rent for a second floor one bedroom apartment was $480. Now , I am in a 1st floor efficiency apartment, and the current lease is $684 plus about $56 for water and sewer services. I bathe every 4 days, and shave as well, and this is my water bill!!!?? Come on, stop scalping your residents!
