The elevators in Loft building East have been out now for over a year. One elevator is not sufficient Enough to service an entire building. Not good.

I’ve lived at The Lofts at Domain for 6 years now and currently pay a little over $2,000 a month. For a property that positions itself as “luxury,” the ongoing maintenance issues are disappointing and, at times, unacceptable. The elevator situation alone has been a constant frustration. One of the main elevators was out of service for almost eight months. It was finally repaired, which felt like progress, but the very next day the elevator next to it stopped working. That one has now been down for one month. For residents who rely on elevators daily, especially those on higher floors, this creates a serious inconvenience and raises concerns about reliability and preventative maintenance. This isn’t an isolated issue. Over the years there have been repeated infrastructure problems, including extended power outages during storms while surrounding buildings remained powered. The parking garage elevator has also had recurring issues, and lacks proper ventilation. Amenities like terrace lighting and shared spaces often remain partially nonfunctional for long periods. What’s most frustrating is the pattern. Building repairs take months, communication is limited, and problems seem reactive rather than proactively addressed. Resident events and cosmetic updates don’t compensate for core building systems not functioning properly. At this price point, residents expect consistent maintenance, timely repairs, and reliable building operations. Basic infrastructure such as elevators should not be out of service for months at a time. The property has potential, but long-term residents deserve better accountability and follow-through.

When will the elevator finally be repaired? It's been four months now, and they still haven't fixed it. Shouldn't we be compensated for this? Also, the office printer hasn't had its toner replaced for several months. Please, do something about fixing the elevator and replacing the printer toner.
