Overall, I would recommend

My experience started out a bit rocky but that's only bc this was a long distance move with my sister playing the "middleman", in my absence...so I can't completely fault the property/mgmnt team. My car got towed within the 1st few days bc the sticker wasn't given to my sister and even though it was a total error, management wouldn't budge and I was responsible for the costs (still a bit sore about this one bc I'm a believer in "letter of the law/spirit of the law"). The elevator that my movers needed was broken on the day I was scheduled to move so that made things difficult and the movers charged me more...but what do you do from 1400 miles away? Oy! Overall, the property is nice and convenient and I DO really like the staff (Elizabeth & Angela are so sweet!). I think my situation has been a learning experience for everyone and despite the few obstacles, I would still recommend Vista @Park Row.

Great place to live

I cannot say how happy I am I chose Vista. The location is perfect and the property is continuously improving. The staff is wonderful as well, CeCe Vance is a joy to work with.
