Frustrating.

The elevator remained broken for months, and the leasing office staff were unhelpful, especially during the move-out process.

Below my expectations

I was excited to live here, but have been continuously disappointed by the complex. The parking gates have broken at least once a month. The building's fire alarm also spontaneously goes off - including at 2am on a Tuesday evening. The lock on my unit broke and the staff refused to reimburse me for getting it fixed - despite the locksmith telling me the problem was a faulty lock unit to begin with. The property is not well-maintained or managed overall. This complex has a great location, but is too expensive for all of the problems you are signing yourself up for.
